If your shipment arrives damaged or defective due to carrier negligence, document the damage with photographs and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, contact us immediately. We will verify the mistake and provide resolution, which may include shipment of the correct product at no additional charge or other appropriate remedy.

As dietary supplements are not medical devices or medications, no refunds are offered based on unsatisfactory results, personal preference, or change of mind. The individual nature of supplement use and the variability of results between users makes money-back guarantees inappropriate under Indonesian law.
